3.41" Meg Tooth
This is an absolute gem of a 3 inch lower megalodon tooth. Amazing preservation quality on this tooth, with the bite marks to the blade adding to its story and gnarly character. The enamel has a striking greenish/gray color with bluish overtones throughout that fade to the nice classic tan towards the root. The bourlette is killer on this tooth, very close to 100% intact and has very uncommon whitish blues which contrast the more traditional shiny black color. The root is a rare blonde/tan color and is very well preserved. It looks like it has had almost no wear over the 5-8 million years it remained buried deep in the ground. This tooth will not disappoint, and would be a great lower to add to any collection.
